Also known to the Agency as Sector 5, Arrant is home to Nora, Deryn, and her family. Building materials for the walls and prison are produced here, causing a cold layer of dust to constantly hang in the sky above. Purple is the chosen color for clothing in this sector with silver accessories to match.
